An RMS Pharmacy POS Update

With Karen on hiatus this week, I thought I’d take the opportunity to update everyone on what’s going on here at Retail Management Solutions since the start of the year.

In February we attended 2 conferences:

• NCPA Multi-Store Conference in Naples, FL
• PDS Conference in Orlando, FL (watch the video of my speech and our $2,000 donation to a local school here)

Thank God these shows were both in Florida, as I don’t have to tell you what a brutal winter it was in most places.  Both shows exceeded our expectations for customer attendance and the love and fanfare we received from them was incredible.  We are truly thankful for our customers and their continued support.

We completed our very first online video demonstration of our pharmacy POS software. Click here to learn more about RMS and request to view the video.

We also completed our 1st ever online commercial, which can be viewed on our homepage.  I think it turned out even better than expected!  Nice job marketing team!

I completed the 1st ComputerTalk Webinar on Customer Loyalty earlier this week.  You can view that here.

Finally, we also launched the 1st RMS App available for both iPhone and Android devices.  Both can be accessed through their respective App stores (search for Retail Management Solutions or click the appropriate link above).  This will consolidate most of the RMS communications such as this blog, our Twitter and Facebook pages, and allow you to contact us, whether its a sales question or a customer support issue.

Now that we are nearing the end of the the 1st quarter of 2014, I have to say that if this is any indication on how the rest of the year will shape up, its going to be a fast, furious, and fantastic year for RMS and its customers!
