The Key to Repeat Pharmacy Business

Having a new customer walk through the door is, without a doubt, a victory.  Attracting anyone’s attention with all the noise in the world is tough.  But that first step in the door is only half the battle. The second half?  Keeping that customer’s attention long enough to create a loyal, returning customer.

 

Taking steps to make that first experience a memorable one is one of the most important things you can do.  So instead of asking yourself “Will customers have a good experience in my pharmacy?” think on whether customers will have a memorable experience in your pharmacy.
