It’s Monday morning and I have to admit, the wheels are turning a little more slowly than usual after a busy weekend. I’m relying on coffee and morning routines to get me started today.
I’m also using one other tool that every pharmacy with pharmacy point-of-sale can take advantage of as well: automation. Every morning, I come in to automatically run reports with key metrics that help me as a Customer Success Manager at RMS. It takes the guess work out of what I should do each morning, and tells me what’s important right from the start of the day.
You should set reports to run automatically at the close of business each day from your pharmacy point-of-sale system. RMS User Tip: Have these reports texted or emailed to you! That way, when you come in each morning, you have all the information that you need to start the day right at your fingertips.
If you’re not using automated, scheduled reporting, this list of the best reports to get you started. It’s not quite as good as a cup of coffee, but it’s gets pretty close.
